Delve deeper in to what it takes to make a great impression with your customers and how to best serve them through body language, acknowledging and asking appropriate questions to anticipate their needs.
This module tackles the question "Is the customer always right?" and covers the underlying manner of giving great customer service: your communication style! How you say something, answer customer's questions or deliver news the customer doesn't want to hear will either upset/frustrate the customer or keep them coming back to your business. This module goes through specific examples that you will likely encounter no matter where you work and if you implement these effective techniques, you are more likely to move up the company ladder.
Even if you give great customer service, sometimes things will go wrong but how you handle that situation will either lose the customer or make them a satisfied (or hopefully even loyal) one. This module covers how to handle upset customers and complaints in a professional manner.
