The Knox Employment Entry Program is a non-profit program funded by the Government of Canada and the Manitoba Government.
We help Manitobans find entry level work and train them in work related and job attaining skills so they maintain employment and know how to find a job should they ever find themselves unemployed again.
After clients are interviewed and accepted into the program, they participate in our certified "Step By Step To Employment" training course which focuses on how they can bring value to the company they work for by looking at things through the perspective of the employer's and customers' point of view. We cover the "big picture" when it comes to attaining the job including all steps of finding and securing employment to how to be a great employee and how to provide excellent customer service.
Our goal is to see clients employed for the long run!
If you can legally work in Canada and currently live in Manitoba and are looking for work in Winnipeg, check out our Job Seekers section.
If you work for Manitoba Employment and Income Assistance and would like to refer a client, please click here for more details and a referral form.
Public Disclosure - no employee of The Knox Employment Entry Program
